Egg kothu chappathi/scrambled egg chappathi/scrambled egg indian flat bread

Ingredients:
Chapati
6
Tomato (chopped)
2 large
Onion (chopped)
2 large
Carrot(grated)
1
Egg
2
Turmeric powder
¼ tea spoon (optional)
Green chilli(chopped)
4 or more
Salt
As required
½ table spoon
Coriander leaves
Few
Curry leaves
Few
Oil
3 table spoon

How to prepare egg kothu chappati:
  • Cut the chappati into small pieces and keep it away.
  • Add oil in a pan and saute the onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, carrot, peas and tomato. Add the garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Add the egg and scramble it.
  • At least add the chappathi and heat for 5 minutes.

Tips:
  • You can add tomatosalna while scrambling the egg. If so reduce the quantity of chilli and salt accordingly.
