Paruppu vadai

Coconut milk

Onion(chopped)

Turmeric powder

4 table spoon
Mustard seed
½ tea spoon
Curry leaves

How to make Vadakari:
  • Prepare the paruppu vadai for gravy.
  • In a pan temper the mustard seed, curry leaves with oil. Saute the onion and tomato.
  • Add the coconut milk and required amount of water.
  • Now add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder. Allow it to boil till it become somewhat thick. Add the paruppu vadai and remove it from the flame.

Note:
  • You can add more vadai as you required regarding its size.
